Alchesay was sired by Apache Gentlemen's, who has produced many stunning appaloosa cria. Alchesay's dam is Alpaca Rainbow Ranch's Valentine, and she has won a Banner and blue ribbons at shows. The combination of these two alpacas, gave us Alchesay and he had proven to be a Champion himself. Alchesay has turned out to be our lead herdsire, here at Alpaca Rainbow Ranch, and had several cria in 2023, and will be having several in 2024 as well. We are proud of the quality of the fiber on these offspring, thanks to Alchesay's quality throughout his fiber. Alchesay's phenotype stands out from the others, his fleece has crimp throughout with a strong consistency of the fiber in his blanket.
